The opal-white casing provides a beautiful, even spread of light, and with a diameter of 60 mm, the bulb has the look of a traditional bulb. Please note! LED bulbs are only suitable for outdoor use in festoon cables that meet the following conditions:
- Suitable bulb sockets: only use these LED bulbs in a festoon cable that is suitable for LED bulbs. All of our festoon cables meet this requirement. If you are using a festoon cable from another supplier, check that it is suitable for LED bulbs before use. If in doubt, blow into the bulb socket (without a bulb fitted). If you can blow through it, the festoon cable is not splash-proof. In this case, we recommend replacing the festoon cable.
- Sealing ring: the bulb socket must be fitted with a sealing ring that closes neatly around the bulb. Consult the manual for correct installation.
