1. Are all products in stock?
All products listed on the website are in stock unless otherwise stated. If a product is not in stock, it cannot be added to your shopping cart.
2. What are the shipping costs?
A one-time delivery fee of €12.50 applies. Enjoy free delivery on orders over €125.
3. Important information regarding large orders.
For large orders, your items may be shipped on a pallet rather than as standard parcels. Pallet deliveries are suitable for higher volumes but may have slightly longer delivery times. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and local transport conditions. Please take this into account when placing your order. If you have any questions regarding delivery times, please contact our customer service team.
4. Can I collect the order?
Orders within the UK and Ireland are available for delivery only. Collection from our warehouse is not available for UK or Ireland customers.
5. Do you also ship to countries outside Europe?
Yes, we ship to the UK and Ireland.
6. Which shipping company delivers orders?
We use a selection of shipping providers. In the Netherlands and Belgium, your package will be delivered via PostNL. Other countries are delivered by DPD, UPS or DHL.
7. I have only received part of my order. What should I do?
Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, depending on the size and weight of the items. As a result, some parcels may arrive separately, and one may be delivered a day later due to delays in the sorting process. 8. When will my order be shipped after I have placed an order and made a direct payment?
If we receive your payment before 15:00 on a working day, your order will be dispatched the same day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed and dispatched on Monday. Please note that delivery times depend on the shipping provider. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us. If your order is urgent, we recommend informing us as soon as possible. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to delivery delays.
