You can easily register your return via our return portal. Simply log in using your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to return. Then you can download your return label.
Please note: defects should not be reported via the returns portal. Instead, please contact us at [email protected].

We offer a 50-day return period. This period begins on the day after your order is delivered. During this time, you may inspect and assess the item as you would in a shop, unless otherwise stated. Items may be returned provided they are complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.

To encourage more conscious purchasing and reduce our environmental impact, a fee of €4.95 applies for each return label purchased through our returns portal. We try to pack orders as efficiently as possible. Depending on the nature and size of the products, orders may be delivered in multiple packages; each package requires a separate return label. Boxes must NOT be taped together. Doing so may result in the parcel being refused by the carrier. Furthermore, the risk of one of the parcels going missing is significantly higher.

If a product is damaged, soiled, or incomplete due to use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be liable for any reduction in value. This amount may be deducted from your refund.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications, are clearly of a personal nature, are perishable, and are subject to fluctuations in value on the financial market beyond the control of the trader. Individual newspapers or magazines, audio and video recordings, and computer software whose seal has been broken by the consumer.

To take advantage of the withdrawal period, you must indicate your intention to return the item within 50 days. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the package at the warehouse, via the same account as the original purchase payment. Please ensure that your return package is clearly marked as a return. Where possible, include the original delivery note and indicate which items are being returned (you may cross out any items you are keeping). If you no longer have the delivery note, please include your name and order number instead.

We also recommend keeping a record of your tracking number for the return shipment. Once we receive your email, we will respond on the same working day to confirm that we are monitoring the return.
