Janita has three light modes that you can operate with a button by pressing and holding it for a certain number of seconds. The first mode is 30% lumen with a 'hold time' of 30 seconds, the second mode is 60% lumen with a 'hold time' of 20 seconds, and the third mode is 100% lumen with a 'hold time' of 10 seconds.
