Thanks to the dimming function, the light intensity of the bulbs can be adjusted to your desired level. This gives you the flexibility to use the bulbs as atmospheric lighting, but also to create more light. You can dim the light intensity of the bulbs to 3 levels: 100% light intensity, 50% light intensity and 7% light intensity. By briefly switching the bulbs on and off, you can switch between the 3 light intensities. Dimming the bulbs is therefore easy and does not require a dimmer switch.

The light colour of white bulbs is expressed in Kelvin. These bulbs are 2700 Kelvin, which corresponds to the colour of an incandescent bulb (warm white). The Kelvin scale indicates that the lower the number, the warmer the light colour. Bulbs in the colour 2700K are suitable as atmospheric lighting, but if you want to mimic the warmth of candlelight, we recommend trying the filament bulbs in 1800-2000K (the 3-step dimmable bulbs are currently not available in 2000K).
