The warehouse packs orders on working days until 11.15 p.m. For deliveries in the Netherlands, these parcels are then sent with PostNL on the same day, which means they are normally delivered the next day (excluding Sundays, as PostNL does not deliver on Sundays). Please note that we are always dependent on the parcel services to ensure that your order is actually delivered the next day. In addition, we outsource our warehouse to a fulfilment company, and they too can make mistakes in the order picking process, resulting in you receiving the wrong products or the parcel being delivered to the parcel services a day later (in our opinion, the fulfilment company operates in line with market standards in terms of error margin). That is why we advise customers to order as early as possible. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery by parcel services or the fulfilment company.
1. What is the latest time I can place an order to receive it the next day?
We do everything we can to ensure that orders placed before 11 p.m. on working days are delivered the next day.

3. Important information about large orders
When you place a large order with LumenXL, it may be shipped on a pallet instead of as a regular parcel. Pallet shipments are suitable for larger volumes, but usually have a slightly longer delivery time. The exact delivery time may vary and depends on the country of destination and local transport options. Please take this into account when placing your order to avoid any surprises. 4. Is it possible to collect the order?
It is possible to collect an order. Please contact us by telephone on +318 5773 1906. We will then ensure that the order is ready for you to collect. Please note that you can only collect your order at least two hours after you have received the collection code from us, due to the processing time required for the order.
5. Do you also ship to countries outside the United Kingdom and outside Europe?
We ship to all countries outside the United Kingdom. Shipping costs to addresses in Europe or outside Europe are determined per address based on weight and dimensions.
6. Which courier company will deliver my parcel?
In both the Netherlands and Belgium, your parcel will be delivered by PostNL, unless the products you have ordered are larger than 100 cm. In that case, we will deliver with DPD. In the rest of Europe, your parcel will be delivered by DPD.
7. Do you also deliver on Saturdays?
PostNL delivers parcels on Saturdays in the Netherlands and Belgium, but DPD does not deliver on Saturdays.
8. I have only received part of my order, what now?
It is quite common for your order to be transported in multiple parcels, depending on the weight, size or fragility of the products. In this case, one or more parcels may have been delayed in the sorting process and will be delivered the next day. 9. Are all products in stock?
In principle, all products on the website are in stock, unless otherwise stated. Occasionally, you may receive a notification that you can only select a limited number of a product. This is because the stock is no longer sufficient.
