Why choose a white track?

White is the most discreet option in our lighting tracks range. Because the track matches the colour of the ceiling, it blends in almost completely, leaving just the light on show. That's exactly what you want when you need the system to be practical rather than a statement piece, for example in a kitchen, study or hallway. White also fits seamlessly into light, Scandinavian or minimalist interiors.

Check the adapter on your spotlights

If you choose a white track, it's worth checking the adapter on your track spotlights, which is the part that clicks the spotlight onto the track. Several models come with a white adapter, even if the spotlight itself has a different finish. That way, the whole system stays neatly in one colour. Take a look at our white track spotlights to find them. End caps, connectors and connection blocks are sold separately, and you'll find them in white in our accessories range too.

Cutting to size and fitting

The track can be cut to any length with a hacksaw and mitre box, and it comes with pre-drilled holes for easy fitting. You can also drill extra holes yourself if needed. Please note that the track is 3.4 cm wide. If the junction box in your ceiling is wider than the track, choose a square cover plate for a neat finish. Need help connecting it?
